Paul Thomas founded Workforce Intelligence Group after a career spanning more than three decades in human resources leadership — most recently as Chief Human Resources Officer at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, a Carnegie R1 research institution. That experience, leading people strategy at scale within a complex, mission-driven organization, shapes every engagement he takes on.

Paul holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is a credentialed assessor through the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence framework — bringing a rare combination of strategic workforce expertise and evidence-based leadership coaching to each client relationship.
